David J. Wittbrodt, M.D.

David J. Wittbrodt, M.D., originally from Flint, Michigan, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon practicing at Orthopaedics Northeast’s Bluffton, Indiana office.

Dr. Wittbrodt obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School. He served a surgical internship at Ohio State University Hospitals and completed his orthopaedic residency at Ohio State University and Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Wittbrodt’s orthopaedic interests include hip and knee replacement and fracture care. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Fort Wayne Orthopaedic Society.

In his spare time he enjoys bicycling, swimming, running, and spending time with his wife Holly, daughter Jessica, a graduate student at Indiana University, and his son Bob, a college student. He also enjoys European and American history.
