John Pritchard, M.D.

John C. Pritchard, M.D., who joined Orthopaedics Northeast in 1993, is a sports medicine specialist with SportONE.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Dr. Pritchard is a 1979 graduate of R. Nelson Snider High School. He graduated with honors form the University of Notre Dame in 1983, where he served as a weight-lifting instructor. He received his medical training from the Indiana University School of Medicine and graduated with highest distinction in 1987.
Dr. Pritchard completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Indiana University Medical School, Indianapolis. He went on to complete a knee and sports medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Dr. Pritchard is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association, the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Arthroscopic Association of North America. In addition, Dr. Pritchard is a physician member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics with the Indiana School of Medicine.
